Who We Are
As a multidisciplinary team of health and fitness professionals, our mission is to provide personalized services that will improve health, restore quality of life, and enable individuals to perform at their personal best.
We specialize in diagnosing and treating sports injuries, overuse injuries, and chronic pain. As active people ourselves, we understand the importance of movement to the quality of life. Sports and fitness activities can help form friendships, reduce stress and delay age related muscle loss and tissue damage. We believe that activity is key to long-term health and wellness.
Our approach is unique to each patient. We begin by performing a thorough clinical examination and then apply this knowledge to the design of a comprehensive treatment plan. Our goals are to help you return to the activities you enjoy, and keep you injury free so that you can continue to enjoy them well into the future.
We Are Trained In The Latest Assessment And Treatment Techniques
What We Do
At Performance Health we understand that every patient is an individual. Our patients are young and old, weekend warriors, professional athletes and hard laborers. Our treatment plans are personalized to address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
Treatment also requires that we look beyond the site of pain and evaluate the entire body system. Often, pain is a symptom of an underlying soft tissue injury, muscle imbalance or mobility issue. We use movement based analysis and other innovative techniques to diagnose the underlying cause(s) of pain. Based on the results of the analysis, we design a treatment plan and educate our patients on self-care. In addition to treating injuries and degenerative conditions, we also help athletes to enhance their performance and reduce the likelihood of injury.
The treatment we provide is flexible and based on ongoing clinical assessment of each patient. More information about common conditions we treat and services we provide can be found in the conditions and services sections of our website.
