Performance Health bike fits are performed by Doctor of Physical Therapy, Ryan Kelly. Ryan is an avid cyclist and certified Pro Bike Fitter through The Institute of Clinical Excellence. He specializes in getting the ‘whole picture’ whether he is rehabilitating injured cyclists or focusing on improving performance on the bike in general. An athlete himself with a strong background in biomechanics, Dr. Kelly is skilled at making recommendations for future physical maintenance and work that can be done at home as well as on the road - this could include mobility work, stretching or pedaling mechanics/retraining.
