Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College, where he was also a member of the football team. After experiencing multiple injuries and taking an Exercise Physiology course, he discovered his passion for exercise science and rehabilitation. He went on to work as a personal trainer while attending North Shore Community College, where he graduated with honors from the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
Matt began his career at a sports medicine clinic in Massachusetts before relocating to New Hampshire. Over the past seven years, he has worked with patients of all ages, with a particular focus on return-to-sport rehabilitation, ACL recovery, and strength and conditioning. Recognizing the growing number of ACL injuries among local high school athletes, Matt developed an off-season strength and conditioning program designed to reduce injury risk while improving athletic performance. To further expand his expertise, he completed advanced training in 2025 under a nationally recognized ACL rehabilitation specialist.
Outside the clinic, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their three huskies. Whether he's trail running during the summer or backcountry snowboarding in the winter, he enjoys staying active and embracing New England's outdoor adventures.
